Charles Teeple, Chairman

Charles fell in love with Austin and the Hill Country during his time at the University of Texas. After graduating with his BBA, joining the Army and then completing his MBA at UT, he pursued banking in Houston, then Dallas, and landed in Austin.

Charles has 45 years of experience in all areas of the real estate industry. He has constructed, owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, residential and office condominiums, hotels, and has developed commercial and residential land in Central Texas.

Today, his primary focus is developing suburban multi-family communities throughout the state. Charles was a founding Executive Council Member of the University of Texas McComb’s School Real Estate Center and its Center for Leadership and Ethics. Additionally, Charles currently serves on Advisory Boards for the McComb’s Ethics Unwrapped and Conectar Global’s ministry for the Spanish speaking world.

Bryan Teeple, President

Bryan is the President of Teeple Partners, Inc. and has over 25 years experience in the real estate development business. He manages the company’s portfolio of multi-family properties, residential developments and office buildings.  Bryan enjoys real estate because he thrives off of the relationships that are formed during and after the transaction with a focus on integrity. His real estate background has provided him with the ability to envision what makes a profitable investment while also providing value to the communities they serve.

Jim Beauchamp, CFO

Jim is the current CFO of Teeple Partners, Inc. as well as owner of Beauchamp Analytics. He graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas as well as a MS Candidate in Urban Development from UT’s Graduate School of Architecture & Planning. Jim combines strength in budgeting, financial modeling and operations analysis with his experience in policy decisions. Beauchamp Analytics provides accounting and financial modeling services. Jim has paralleled his private sector work with appointed positions in the public sector including Budget Officer for Anne Arundel County’s $1.7 billion annual budget.

Sarah Noble, Vice President

Sarah Noble began her career at Fidelity Investments and has worked for numerous banks including TD Bank and Bank of America. Working as a Vice President at Bank of America, she helped build the bank’s Premier Banking division from the ground up and was responsible for managing a profitable portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

As a seasoned executive with extensive management, relationship building, banking and recruiting expertise she has supported various clients in real estate, accounting, healthcare technology and oil and gas sectors both nationally and internationally.

Sarah graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA with a B.S. degree in Operations Technology. Sarah loves to spend time with her daughters and enjoys paddle boarding on Lake Travis for fun.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Timothy R. Welsh

Tim has been employed in the multi-family business for forty years and has been involved in both the construction and the development side of this product type. He has filled various senior level positions with The Weitz Company, Centex Destination Properties, Archstone Communities and Trinsic Residential Group. Much of his recent experience has been in the development and construction of high density and institutional grade apartments in the major markets of Texas. Tim graduated from the University of Iowa and is affiliated with various trade organizations.
