Charles Teeple

Charles fell in love with Austin and the Hill Country during his time at the University of Texas. After graduating with his BBA, joining the Army and then completing his MBA at UT, he pursued banking in Houston, then Dallas, and landed in Austin. For the past 35 years, Charles has done just about everything you can do under the real estate umbrella. He has constructed, owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, residential and office condominiums, hotels, and has developed commercial and residential land all over Central Texas. Now his primary focus is suburban garden-style multi-family communities, along with mixed-use projects in downtown San Antonio. Charles was a founding Council Member of UT’s McComb’s School Real Estate Center and currently serves as Advisory Council Member of IC2 and the Butler School of Music. A past President of the Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, he currently Chairs its Investment Committee.
